LENA Grow Coach Certification Process
As of November 2020, LENA Grow Coaches manage their own certification.
Use the My Certification tab on the the Certification dashboard, which is available when your program manager has connected you to the room(s) you are coaching.

Use the My Certification tab on the Certification dashboard for your organization.
- Click Quiz to take the LENA Grow Coach Quiz, and earn a passing score.
- Complete a sequence of coaching sessions with your room, and close out the room.
- If at least one of your closed rooms earns more stars than the number of LENA Days it has, you are eligible to continue pursuing certification.
- Click the Survey button to confirm that you carried out the program as directed, and to complete the LENA Grow Coach Survey.
- View, print, and save your certificate!
