Certification dashboard for coaches and program administrators
Access
The certification dashboard is found on the main menu, under LENA Grow.
It is available to program administrators and to coaches with classroom group assignments.
It must be viewed in the context of an organization (center, region, program, etc.) not a single room.
Contents
The contents adjust according to the user's role.
Coach view
Coaches have the following tabs:
- My Certification
- Displays the steps, status, and tools to allow coaches to self-manage the process of becoming certified.
- Certified Coaches
- Displays coaches who have been certified in your organization.
- Click on certificate buttons to view, save, and/or print coach certificates.
- Teacher Certification
- Displays teachers who are in the process of becoming certified, as well as their status and tools to move them through the process.
- Displays teachers who have been certified in your organization. Click on certificate buttons to view, save, and/or print teacher certificates.
Program administrator view
Program managers with LENA Online "admin" permission have the following tabs:
- Certified Coaches
- Displays coaches who have been certified in your organization.
- Click on certificate buttons to view, save, and/or print coach certificates.
- Teacher Certification
- Displays teachers who are in the process of becoming certified, as well as their status and tools to move them through the process.
- Displays teachers who have been certified in your organization. Click on certificate buttons to view, save, and/or print teacher certificates.
