Certification troubleshooting

If you are the coach, and the My Certification tab is missing, ask your team's account administrator to link you to the classrooms you are coaching.

Certifications are managed at the center level (or at a higher organization level, such as a region, agency, or partner). Be sure to select an organization in the drop-down context selector.
If you are a coach and your context selector contains only classrooms, ask your team's LENA Online administrator to grant you access to organization data for the centers you serve.
It can take up to an hour for quiz and survey results to be filed in LENA Online.
