Organization detail dashboard for LENA Grow
The LENA Grow organization detail dashboard displays summary information and provides access to reports for current and completed groups.
Organization detail dashboard access and navigation
This dashboard is available to users who have View Org permissions.
Access the organization detail dashboard from the welcome dashboard by clicking More Details, or any medallion.
Within the organization detail dashboard, links for suborganizations and groups allow you to drill down to more detailed information.
To return to the detail dashboard at any time, select the desired organization in the context drop-down, click on the LENA Online logo to open its welcome dashboard, and click More Details.
What's on the organization detail dashboard?
The information displayed depends on the type of organization that is in the context selector. The two main versions are described below.
Context: Organization containing nested partners, regions, or centers
In this context, you will see summary information and links for each suborganization.
This section repeats the information from the welcome dashboard for this organization regarding recent activity.
Icons provide access to the Progress Report and At-a-Glance Report for the context organization.
View data and access reports for each nested organization.

| Last LENA Day | Date of the most recent LENA Day completed by any group within this partner/region/center |
| Children with at least 15 Turns per hour | Count of currently enrolled children who experienced 15+ Turns on their most recent LENA Days contributed to an active group, within the last 30 days. If there are 2+ days in this range, we average the last two; otherwise it's the last one. |
| Enrolled children | Children who are currently enrolled in groups within this organization (that is, enrollment status = "enrolled" versus completed or dropped) Note: Total enrolled child counts can be higher than the active children count, as "active" status is based on recency of last LENA Day. |
| LENA Days | Number of LENA Days completed in all groups within this organization, for all time. Includes data from active and inactive centers, open and completed groups. |
| Total Stars | Sum of all of stars earned for LENA Days for all groups within this organization, for all time Includes data from active and inactive centers, open and completed groups |
