Send LENA Hub logs to LENA Support
1. Locate the log files.
Use File Explorer to go to C:\ProgramData\LENAHub\.
There you will find the two logs your LENA Support person may request:
desktop-main.log
lenaService.log
The folder is often hidden by default.
You can change your viewing options to show hidden items, or you can simply type C:\ProgramData into the address bar and hit Enter.
2. Attach copies of the log files to an email.
Send the email to [email protected], along with a description of what you were doing and what happened.
The information in the logs will help us to determine what went wrong and how best to resolve it.
