Print or save the Progress Report

The Progress Report is always current, and always changing as children flow in and out of classrooms. Even the data for the "First 2 LENA Days" can change as children are added to classrooms, age up into different classrooms, or move away from the center all together, because of the report's eligibility rules.

Follow the steps below to print or save your current Progress Report so that you can look back later at these moments in time.

  1. Access the Progress Report of interest.
  2. Right-click anywhere on the Progress Report, or type Ctrl+P.
  3. In your print dialog, select your color printer.
  4. Print in landscape orientation and in full color.

Save the Progress Report

Follow the instructions for printing a progress report, but instead of selecting a physical printer, select a "print to file," "print PDF," or "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" option, and then click Print. You'll be prompted to save the file to the location of your choice.
