Celebration Report for LENA Grow
The Celebration Report summarizes and celebrates the achievements of rooms that have completed a LENA Grow sequence.
The report is available for a single completed room, or as a combined report for all completed rooms within a center, region, or partner organization.
Room-level Celebration Report
The room-level report is available immediately after closing out a room. On the confetti screen, click Show Celebration Report to open the report in a new tab. This single-room report is also accessible anytime from the center detail dashboard where completed rooms are listed. Click the blue ribbon icon for any completed room.
What does the room Celebration Report show?
The report title indicates the completed room that is celebrated on the report.
The date range shows the dates of the first and last LENA Days for the room.
Are you seeing stars?
Yes! You're seeing the total count of stars earned in this room, plus a breakdown of how they were earned (for increased/high turns, or for consistent interaction throughout the day).
Conversational Turns and Interactive Days are defined here on the report for times when you need to share your successes with people for whom these terms are unfamiliar.

Count it, baby!
This section celebrates the sheer number of words and turns experienced by children in this classroom.
You can also see:
- the number of children who reaped the benefits of early talk in this classroom
- the number of LENA Days, which is also the number of room reports available to teachers and the coach for analysis and goal setting!
This dial shows the proportion of children experiencing turns at the specified benchmark rate (5, 15, 25, or 40 per hour) in their final two LENA Days.
The report automatically adjusts to show the highest benchmark that at least 60% of the children met.
To be included in this benchmark calculation, a child must have completed at least 4 LENA Days in this room, of at least 2 hours duration each.
The calendar celebrates the date on which the children in this room experienced the highest rate of conversational turns, on average and across the whole day.
Celebration Report for a center, region, or partner organization
The summary report for a center or organization is accessible from its organization detail dashboard, as long as it contains at least one completed room. Click the blue ribbon for the organization whose Celebration Report you'd like to see.
This report will include all completed rooms within and below the selected suborganization. In other words, the report for a large organization that includes many centers will pull together the data from all completed rooms in all of its centers. To see the data for a single center, click the blue ribbon for that center only.
🌟Bonus points if you can answer this question: In the example above, why will the report be identical regardless of which blue ribbon you click? Check your answer at the bottom of the article.
Configuration
By default, the organization-level Celebration Report pulls from all completed rooms whose first LENA Day occurred within the last 12 months. You can adjust this range on the report tab by typing in your preferred start and end dates. Click the "refresh" button each time you adjust the dates to see the updated data. You can also change the report language.
This configuration section does not appear on the printed report, but the date range for included LENA Days is always at the top of the report.
