1. Create the group for the participating classroom, and assign the coach to the group. These two tasks are done by your team's account administrator.
2. Use the Room Profile to list the teachers who will pursue LENA Grow Teacher Certification in this group.
3. Add or move children into the group as appropriate.
4. Assign devices to the children.

Now the LENA Days and coaching sessions can begin!

Sometimes children join or leave classrooms during a LENA Grow coaching sequence or refresher set. When this happens:

• add brand new children to the group
• move existing children to this group, or to another group that is currently active in LENA Grow
• drop children who leave the center or move to classrooms not currently participating in LENA Grow

After the classroom completes the coaching sequence or refresher sessions, close out the group.

The closed group is now finished, and no additional data will be added to that group.

If the classroom participates in another LENA Grow coaching sequence or refresher set, create a new group to contain this round of recordings and reports.

Create a new group each time a physical classroom begins a LENA Grow coaching sequence or a refresher set.

Move in any existing children, and add any children who are brand new to LENA Grow.
