Group alerts: Stalled recordings

What does this alert mean?

Two or more children's LENA Days have been stuck in processing for 24 hours or longer.

Why does it matter?

If a recording is stalled, the data can't process and won't show up on the reports. The LENA Days must be processed in order to create an accurate report for coaching.

How can I fix it?

The most common place for files to stall out is on the Hub. Open the Hub program on the computer where the device was transferred to allow the file to complete uploading/processing. Make sure the internet connection is working. If you're using deferred file handling, click on the blue arrow to allow uploading/processing to begin.

If the file is no longer on the Hub, then the failure is occurring on our end. Fortunately, this is uncommon! We have been alerted and are working to resolve the issue within the next US business day.
